Setup+ is propably one of the most underrated cards. You can turn any card into zero cost and instantly draw it with escape plan or any other draw. If you use setup on sneaky and draw it you gain mana.

kinda not relevant but i did a shiv build yesterday that ended up being infinite but couldnt kill the heart because after having like 50 shivs in my discard pile my game cache couldnt handle it and crashed no matter how many times i reloaded and restarted the fight
