COVID started during December 2019 but it was only in China then it expanded

@SOSA January 28, 2020. First off, Texas has always been generally careless and more loose when it comes to COVID-19 restrictions, so even if it was known to be in Texas then (which I don't think it was), there may have been little to no mandates, as it may not have been spreading on the area at that time. In the beginning, a lot of places waited until it came to them before they shut down -- it was circulating in Pennsylvania and Maryland, but Delaware didn't impose mandates or close anything until our first case. Also, in January, the known cases then were on the West Coast, not in Texas yet as far as I know.
@noahpehowic60803 жыл бұрын
@@Jayfnt Well, actually there's some debate about that. It started in November 2019 in Wuhan and wasn't known to be in the US (and the general public wasn't worried about or wasn't aware that it was in China) until January in Washington state. However, some people have been coming out and saying that they had gotten a flu that was really bad, but they just thought it was the flu when instead it could've been COVID-19.

Being a business person I met the most irresponsible people here who don't respect your time and money break your shit and don't even offer to to fix it. Country ass people. I'd love to see something like Buc-Ee's in the UK, that amount of food and drink option is crazy.
