Why do these scammers always act openly possessive, jealous, and hostile? The "suck my d**k" statement in the middle of the call...how they just curse in Hindi on the phone...and the passive aggressive woman asking "who are you talking to? " They are all like that. In previous scambaits the scammers also said something like "if you talk with anyone other than me I will be very angry." Like, who the hell do you think you are? Do these people even know how professionals/customer service personnel act?

I understand that many of these call centers heavily propagandize people to think along the lines of 'Americans are all rich, they can easily get more money, and they're part of a system that steals from us'. In addition to that, the vast majority of their pay comes from a percentage when they successfully scam someone. The result is that they feel like they're doing a real job and are entitled to the payout, and when someone is wasting their time however slightly they take it as a very personal affront.

Do these people have zero long-term planning skills? Yeah I can 100% believe that to be true. He's just been told to sit down, answer phone, read this paper. He's obviously not invested in the success of the scam, and it raises a lot of ethical concerns if this is true - like to what extent is he even complicit? It sounded like when he told Kit "have you ever sucked my ****?" and an adult snatched the phone off him, probably boxed his ears, and tried to save it with the whole "Compact disc' line
