My grandpa was from China and he does the same thing. In the summer he walks around just places around his neighbourhood. In the winter he takes about 2, 5 pound weights and just walks around his basement for a hour and a half. He's 76.

That's why I think German is really hard! Most words in this language are impossible to spell. One of my classmates once described spelling in German as 'random letters next to each other', such as 'zwei'.
