No special effects here, just simply an unbelievably talented man who was starting to grow tired of beating people with a real javelin and decided to try throwing other implements farther. He wanted a slightly more difficult challenge and decided upon a wet noodle as the most obvious choice. The other competitors were rejoicing as they assumed that they would have no problems beating the world record holder.
