tbf flawless runs are generally done faster and by more skilled players. An lfg group that is actually serious will not accept the level 1600 "guys I've never done this, but I saw a video" type player. This is to say that players who are capable of doing flawless runs can generally pull their weight

@@charlesharkey7885 I may misunderstand you, but most LFG players are often too worried about being rude to speak up and say "you aren't qualified" when it actually matters. Normal versions and newer raids are acceptable to be inexperienced on, but if someone doesn't understand something as simple as GoS, and joins a "Kwtd Quick Run", then they deserve a kick. If you join a master, flawless, or quick run kwtd, not knowing what to do, then the team's members have every right to kick you. If you don't know the raid, join a chill or teaching post, or one that doesn't ask for experience. People that think everyone else will carry them in a kwtd, while they're using the worst weapons possible and not contributing anything are what make me leave. I'm somewhat patient if they're a competent player, but I'm also not going to stay there if they fail to ever understand the mechanics while they drag a 1.5 hour raid onto a 7 hours.

Scission was definitely the closest I've ever seen. Activated the wipe mechanic but also completed the nodes so it gave it to you because everyone was dead. Kinda like when things don't go to plan and then you find out you didn't need it to go perfectly, like final stand here for Nez.
