I got curious about RG after hearing that Nastia Liukin's mother (Anna Kotchneva) used to do it, & later watching a Cirque de la Symphonie show where similar acts were performed. Thanks to this vid, now I know how RG works. I wish good luck to Evita, & the men's & women's artistic teams, as they head to Paris about 2 weeks after I type this.
