it'd be cool if instead of a museum per-se, he opened up a restaurant that served classic or discontinued food and charged an admittance as people could enjoy the history of the surroundings and then get stuff they haven't had that mcdonald's used to sell. Like the Big Xtra, or Pizza etc..
