I love seeing these types of things.. To me, Kendamas have always seemed like just a little toy kids play with for 15 minuets and then forget about forever. When I was into Kendamas I remember watching this. I got better and today, hey, I'm pretty good! I don't play with them as much now, but it was a trend in my school and state. It was one of the better fun trends experiencing growing up, and it's one I'll remember.

this video... classic. The sport has evolved SOOOO much since this came out. I remember this was pretty much it for insane dama vids on youtube. Still impressive today, but compared to what's going on now.... OMG (kendamas themselves have also evolved A LOT, which allows for much crazier tricks than was possible at this time)
