The cost of living index is the crazy high here. There are only six cities in the world currently more expensive than New York and all six of them are in Switzerland. It is also the country with the highest per capita millionaires. But why is this the case? I explain in this video.

I most love Lausanne. If I could go back there to live, I’d do it in a heartbeat. Basel also has fond memories, but Lausanne is closest to my heart. It is my city of refuge.
