you could probs add an interior by having it be disconnected from the actual walls themselves, have a centre column with a turn table piece at the top which you place the floor on and repeat, up, as the floor can rotate to the right orientation in respect to the wall regardless of the buildings curve

I have built one of these on my Lego channel, but I did the spin and height too aggressive, so it has temporarily come down. I have done mine in dark trans blue with black top and base and mine will stand at 2.01 metres with the size of the tower being 38 x 38 studs

The inside would not be so hard. Build a square floor, and in the centre add a rotating pivot of some sort. Then connect the next floor with a central connecting tower that rotates on the pivot. The inside surface of the glass walls will guide the square to rotate to the correct position.
