I remember watching your stream of the Kings Fall raid with Oryx back in the day & I would love to see you return for The Final Shape, it's not the end of Destiny as a whole, but it is the end of the story thats been going on this whole time since D1 with us finally facing against the Witness, the raid drops 3 days after the expansions release & the final campaign mission will be unlocked after the raid. There's also gonna be a new enemy faction/race (the Dread) aswell as a new subclass (Prismatic) that will let u mix abilities from different elements/subclasses, & a ton of amazing QoL features plus more

For the Destiny 1 map, using the Rise of Iron storyline and dialogue as a base fits perfectly. When I first saw the trailers for it I thought Siva would be some kind of infection like the Flood.

I think the theme of the next mapping competition could be “Time” it could be a map in the future, past, present, etc. you would get an old western, space, dystopian future, dinosaur, 80’s map, etc. I think it would allow people to be really creative.

Might be cool to do a local town custom maps? Like where people grew up, their popular city attractions or something. Might be a good way for map makers to make something that they are very familiar with? Could be a cool way to showcase something that you grew up with. challenging

Do themes like “Western” maps, “Fuedal Japan” maps, WW2 maps, steampunk maps, etc…..pick a simple and specific theme and topic and go with that for your 2 month limit competitions….I’d still like to see you do a really big one every year or every other year. You can even get sponsors to chip in prizes for the winning mappers……just like YAW had done with their Christmas mapping contests in the past. Theirs was every “other-ish” year and those contests produced some extremely insane maps. 2 months just isn’t long enough
