In the 1980s. we had a giant Coke bottle that had been used as a display at the 1939 World's Fair.

As a collector the only Coke bottle ever put in production with the Coca Cola script on sideways was a pre 1915 straight sided bottle from Wisconsin. It was briefly reproduced in the 90’s but even those would take some digging to locate one now. I have the reproduction one but an original would cost roughly $500 and they are far and few between.

Theres an old coke wharehouse in my town it closed dwn in the 60s.the whole area is over grown. Behind the building is a 2 acher area with thousands of coke bottles.

Graham brothers originally from Loogootee IN area and had glass blowing there till factory burned, then they got into building cars and then eventually went on to president over Dodge Trucks in early 1900s, also builders of Graham-Paige cars and trucks. Till bought out.

well it is the only known bottle in the world and in excellent condition. no chips or cracks which de-value a bottle. it would be hard to get rid of but if the price was right i would sell it. Some bottles go for millions and this comes with a certificate. I got the bottle from the UK which was located in the Thames River. I bought it for a 5 figure sum a few years ago as Im a hard core bottle collector as I have been for many years. If you give me your e-mail I could show you some photos

...I have a question. If it was a prototype that wasn't chosen by vote and the grandson of the guy who took it, has it now. Why does it have syrup in it?? One would assume that, if it had syrup in it, and was brought to the table for voting on the next style, then it was complete. (Complete prototype meaning with syrup and a cap) So the old man that took it, did so because he knew it would be valuable then he would've also known that you keep it whole and do not remove the cap and syrup. Or put the cap back on it after emptying it at the very least. I worked at a glass house and I know that glass bottle, product, prototypes we're never shown with product in them because those who vote on them want to examine the bottles very closely and couldn't do so if they were full of product. They want to check thickness, opacity, empty bottle weight, etc. Something seems fishy about this story.

As it clearly was stolen it must be returned to the company as it it their property. You cannot inherit stolen items and sell them, that is proceeds of a crime. If this was art they would have to return it.
