Not really, i mean he goes over the top to even punish the smallest of things and repay it tenfold. Even just speaking against him could case your head to roll (if you are lucky). Children aren't safe either. I really dislike this type of revenge stories and characters, the mc doesn't end the cycle of revenge he just makes sure it continuous under the pretence that "it just feels good!!!". Nothing learned, nothing gained, only self-indulgence to the max. Ofcourse it doesn't help that almost every character in this story/world is either cartoonishly evil or a dumb sheep.

This is the most revenge manga story of all revenge manga. I am glad I stumbled upon this (haven't watched yet, but I am going to seeing these comments) but the one I would recommend is: [1-10] Kid Betrayed by his Party Summons lvl 9999 Girl for Revenge! It has some Overlord elements - namely how MC and his small nation is like Tomb of Nazarick. The ones to betray him is a whole team of 8 other companions so there will be a lot of this going on + other plots surrounding the human nation and some sort of mystery around this world - good stuf. Watch at least 20 minutes of this to decide for yourself - that's where he gets to the first one. The other one is: 【Complete Series】Betrayed By Goddess For Being Weak But He's Actually The Strongest SS Rank Warrior I don't really want to say as much on this one as about the previous title (MC has some unique powers that make his enemies powerless, after he bypasses his limitations when using it - and they die in a painful way) but it's one of the very few mangas I would like to see adapted as anime - like genuinely.

Maybe Im missing something here cause everyone loves it but I saw the start specifically and I am sitting here kinda put off by the story. Not only is the hero insane and a sadist (with how he treated the godess) but he also instantly switched from "I am the hero of the story, now the world will be at peace" to "I will kill everyone!". There is no shock or realization. No "Omg I got betrayed." no "How could you?" or "What? I never expected this.". Just an instant switch from sane to insane. I can see it for the princess who is supposed to be the villain of course but even she is written so one dimensionally in the first moments alone that I cannot gain any satisfaction of knowing that she will eventually get her come-uppance. She is arrogant, also a sadist, insane and probably a lot more. So all in all, Hero and Villain are practically the same from the start. How is this a revenge story again? No matter how you pull and twist it, the princess was correct. He would have been a threat to them especially if he instantly switches to murder mode like that out of nowhere. And then the goddess part? Boy howdy, yea no f this guy. F both of them. F this manga, the beginning is enough for me to know I dont wanna know more.

@@robertperrine1212 yeah just be warned from Christinas Arc onwards this becomes like a semi H*ntai with alot of gore. If it wasnt for the censoring it would show some real hardcore stuff i think. The Nudity thats shown in the Chapters covered in this Video is nothing against that, that cant be covered on yt anymore or released on Manga Magazines^^ I think the Video goes up to Chapter 30-40 something and there are like 90 translated chapters out there.

One of the best Mangas I've seen, the revenge of the MC is amazing, all the time I try to guees what revenge the MC is gonna do was not close to the acltually revenge, it was better than I imagine, the creator of this manga really have a good imagination and a good way to make story's entretainig. You know... this manga is like a car crash... it's NOT a sight I wanna see... I don't like how the mangka made EVERYONE in the world just plain evil "just because" ... and most of all... I think the mangaka should really REALLY make an appointment with a psychiatrist given how he's taking SO MUCH TIME in the torture part (i.e seriously... feeding a parent parts of his kid and vice versa... and the mangaka really took his / her time in focusing on the cooking part, making it look like its a nothing but a daily occurrence... the imagery of the manga is f***ed up!) Yet, like a car crash, I can't help but still listen / watch the thing. There is a morbid curiosity on how far the MC will take his revenge and who is going to get the axe. Moreover, im curious as to how this will all end. So... the MC kills everyone that wronged him... (which seems like it's everyone and their mothers and everyone who is decent in this world is dead)... does this mean MC will end up killing everyone? so yea... im still reading / watching this... I will admit that... but HOLY SHITE

It satifies your feeling of true justice. How can such monster continue living a normal life? Since this kind of justice will never happen in real life. As sad as it sounds the true criminals sitting on the top will never be punished. This manga shows a dream scenario of finally punishing evil and it just feels satisfying to read.

I dont think so, did you forget about how Victoria now has to suffer for like eternity? I am not sure how his hell loop works since he only says she cant die. Does she regenerate if she gets eaten alive continuesly? Also we only got to see parts of how Sandra got tortured, but remember she was punished for weeks straight just being a cruesome bot loyal pawn to the princess. But man compared to others and the MC the princess rly lacked creativity in here evil deeds.

While I’m not one for sadistic revenge, the level of evil the majority of people in this world have makes me feel a little less bothered. I also like how the guy isn’t blindly killing left and right, like not actually killing the bandit village children in front of them, or putting the village that he sent the bandits to in actual danger. He’s like a slightly more effed up version of Ghost Rider; being able to put their sins on display and play it back to them and all that. C. To everyone else: Be careful with how much you *enjoy* the punishments dealt here. For not only is there nobility in a quick death, but two aspects; 1.) Everything you see here and more is already awaiting them in h-l. 2.) If you give in to hate and revel in the torment of others *too* long, no matter how much they deserve it, you risk becoming mindless monsters like the crowd when the false knight was to be publicly executed.
