El boliviano no es ladron, la mayoria de Ladrones en el Occidente son Peruanos, ahora colombianos y Venezolanos, En Santa Cruz la mayoria de Ladrones son Colombianos, Venezolanos y Brasileños. El Boliviano no esta acostumbrado a robar somos muy trabajadores y la delincuencia aqui no es comparable con lo que se vive en otros paises, aqui pueden caminar por las calles con celular en mano, sin problema, donde si es peligroso es la Ciudad de El Alto, que es colindante a La Paz. Y cuando fui a otros paises es muy comun la gente drogandose en las calles o caminando muy drogada en Bolivia es muy raro ver eso por las calles, es muy ilogico que seamos uno de los productores mas grandes de Cocaina pero son pocos quienes la consumen.
