That some BS, Mister Lewis. I've had a worst experience myself at a steakhouse in Detroit on Thanksgiving night. The chef came out and spoke to me and apologized and he did give me a free $150 gift certificate (which covered 75% of the receipt) to come back. I did and this time the experience was exceptional.
