No-one since Arunas has had a deeper understanding of foxtrot, than Dusan. And Arunas was the best in history. Also, Dusan´s tango and waltz and Viennese waltz are top. Something basic is wrong in the quickstep. He is too heavy and does not use his toes properly and moves feet out of centre under his body weight. And his weight is not always over the balls and arms in front. He loses the easy, quick, relaxed tecnique and musicality of top quickstep. He is not exactly IN the music, but dragging late and heavy. He is so different from Marcus Hilton and the other top quickstep experts. I wish Dusan´s teachers can study what I see. (The opening show is, of course, excellent, but not his following basic quickstep.)
