@@melgibson1211 well the part of Hunza at that time was a pricely state and areas surrondings were also mini princely states like swat, kashmir etc so they had nawabs and maharaja which in english means king

They don't believe in education so illiteracy is widespread, so the data will most certainly be questionable. The don't have registration systems either. They think the earth is flat too so it's unlikely they can accurately count either. Pakishtan, btw has nice rajma curries. data.who.int/countries/004
