The plan probably would have worked if not for that dwarf rebellion. They suffered a huge delay putting it down and by the time they got their big army together the humans were already pretty much wiped out. Had they both gone in full initially they would have won

Also launching the attack during the one age that specifically buffs Orcs was dumb

They need warships and tech trees. - Warship : obviously to defend the seas, support ground forces and maybe in the future fend off the sea monsters - Tech trees : so that you could have two different civilization (it could be of the same race) with different technologies : Example : Human civilization A : a civilization that is based on improved metal weapons, which means better swords/spears/bows... And structures that are made of irons and are more solid. Human civilization B : a civilization that has a technology based on magic, which mean they can use spell based weapons (staff, wands, spell scrolls...) and have bonuses (like a shield bubble, being faster, etc.). And structures that have also bonuses : house can shelter more people, windmill can automaticaly grow wheats...

I think Orcs should only be put into Desert. It’s Kinda op That they have so Mandy trees Weile the Dwarfes who do Not have many children have much less ground to build on bc of the mountains… also elves obviously in Forrests and humans in Deserts, Hills, Forrest, Fields and Winter Areas That wouldn’t debuff the orca to much it would just give everyone the same chance of winning.
