Great playthrough! It's more puzzly than I thought it would be. and the production is actually more aesthetically pleasing than the box cover would lead you to believe. Thanks for covering this one! at 12:40, when you place those 3 road pieces, you have placed the two-square one above the purple district incorrectly - you can only place roads from the bottom corner or either expanding existing ones or next to those towers.
