But India has signed Extradition treaty with Bangladesh in 2013 and then removed all binding clauses in 2016 which means " no proof " of crime has to be submitted by any party..Only formal charge sheet against the accused is needed. Now if India doesn't oblige the treaty with Bangladesh( which looks likely) then it will have a ramifications with the extradition treaty which India has signed with another 60 nations.. Those nations will raise concern with India.

Extradition is a judicial process and not initiated by writing letters through diplomatic channels. Indo-Bangladesh extradition treaty excludes grounds of political cause. Hence Sheikh Hasina extradition request cannot stand in any court. This can be only for some optics to the radicalized Bangladeshis (Pakistanis).
