So after ordinary Jamaican then the Chinese and they used to have all the shop and businesses. Now a days things are different but they are still the second biggest race in Jamaica,

Jake Tharakan the technology already exists to measure reaction times/ false starts without cameras. They use pressure or movement sensors. There is absolutely no need for cameras in the blocks, it’s too invasive and potentially distracting to the athletes.
