Thanks for posting this! A little late for me, just ordered a Falak from India two days ago 😹 I was worried by so few reviews on Amazon though and the Falak manufacturers have a facebook group, some instructional videos and have been responsive so I’m hopeful!

Oiling is normal and lets your machine live a long life.

I did but this machine. good info . on the chenille thread is it colorfast ? I want to be able to wash the garments .

It has been for me, I hand wash everything that I embroider on with a delicate detergent. I also iron on interfacing to the inside to keep the stitches in place.

Its been great! no problems so far, i just keep losing the threading wire because I have a toddler who likes to throw things away, so I need to order extras

It looks like a serger looper threader could work for threading that machine.

Thats what I thought too I ordered one, but its way too thick. I need to order replacements but in dire circumstances we made one from the smallest metal guitar string you can buy. Other wire is too bendy and wont thread.

Yes as long as it fits in the hole, you might have to jimmy rig it to sit properly and be flush with the table
