I go to a UPCI church and my friend goes there and works the sound and video he was married to a apostolic woman who’s dad was a pastor at another church and very very strict I mean his standards for the church usurped the Bible by 1000. They went to different church’s next thing I know they are divorced and she remarried and her new husband is the pastor of her dad’s church. I have so many questions about this but I’m not throwing stones because if I throwed one it would come back and hit me right in my head twice

I did get fooled by a long hair long dress tongue talking shouting girl once. She fit the apostolic look 1000000% on the outside Sadly only a few people had the discernment to tell me to stay away from her but the pastor loved the look for his fellow pastors from out of town who thought Pastor runs a tight ship here and sticks to the “holiness” look. Got to be careful with to much emphasis on the outer appearance with dress codes

What eats me up in 2024 is the tattooing of “ Christians” and the brushing off of the Duet verse and ignoring the Don’t you know your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost “ Joyce Myers and the big name tv stars are telling people it’s ok and when a apostolic backslides oh lord it’s full blown tats cutting hair earrings everywhere. That was not for someone who had tats prior to coming to Jesus my apostolic church is full of tatted people who have turned to Jesus sing in the choir and seem to love Jesus
