Rav, with all due respect and empathy for you, your family and all of the other families, past Rabbinic leaders and Jewish tradition allowed bargaining for captives when they were taken by pirates and clans like that. A price in gold would be negotiated! Never would Chazal have given sanction to releasing Muslim murderers for Jews! Let’s not delude ourselves and our nation any more. It’s interesting how your org and others do not openly support capital punishment for murderers of any faith including Muslim? God bless you and clal Yisroel!
