Because it’s been well planned and it’s population is not too large. Even Karachi was a nice and clean city 30 years ago but it’s population multiplied and mainly people from rural areas, deserts and mountains moved into the city. The city was not designed to hold that large a population.

In my time spent in Pakistan, all I saw was amazing hospitality, landscape, food, music, and the most welcoming people. On my visit to Pakistan for the first time ever, I distinctly remember these days. I was first introduced to the country by my Pakistani roommates many years ago when I was 18 and living in London. Their stories had piqued my interest right away. Finally, after all this time, I got the chance to come to Pakistan. It took me two months to plan my trip and included many nights of researching what to do and where to go.

Love Islamabad Me and my Somali family from Sweden went to vacation in Pakistan 🤣 becuase we wanted to meet my aunty and her family that we never met before from Canada and we lived with them in Islamabad from 2001 to 2005 , their education is amazing i learnt english and many other subjects there for the first year att the house of my tutor she had a class rum in her house which was kind of cool, then the second year me and my brother's went to a Quran school and studied the Quran and islam (alhamdulilha) after a year we went to a private school literally called (Art and Science) where alot of rich kids went to school we had many curses from english to seince but the thing that i thought was amazing was we even had curses on history of islam and other religion's, for almost a whole year we had studied the story of Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) about his origins and mission from war tactics to governmental and religion... i got say Pakistan is a great country with amazing and kind people that i had gotten close to from my Pakistani family that lived with us in our home and took care of us to my taxi driver that always drove us everywhere we wanted either to school or downtown and my home room teacher att school that always took care of me as her own family 😊❤ i really miss them i have to go back there some day inshallah and hopefully get in contact with all of them.

Islamabad is the 2nd pre-planned city on the face of earth after Canberra in Australia designed by a greek town planner. What you calling a district is called a sector with each sector divided into 4 sub sectors and In middle of 4 there is a commercial center. Islamabad has been declared the world 2nd most beautiful capitals in the world. Also you did not understood the guy right about the Nike outlet he said the outlet has moved from here to somewhere else .. was not fake it moved with sign boards still there on a clothing shop that moved in recently and nike outlet moved somewhere called safa mall which is in F-7 markez

I am Karachi and in 1997 our population was less than 30% of what it is now. After that the boom from (mainly) Punjab's villages began and the population absolutely exploded. The federal government has a responsibility to build cities and preferabely small, well laid out cities with an excellent infrastructure, but unfortunately the money but especially the will are not there. The population needs to be spread to lighten the burden on resources and the present infrastructure of big cities, because provinces like KPK and Balochistan are nearly empty.

Tourists often don't understand the basics of how items for sale are marked up to sell , sometimes clothing such as underwear might only be marked up around 25% or maybe 33% , so if the shopkeeper gives the buyer a too big of a discount , then they are selling the items for less than cost price . Businesses usually have many overheads and they don't get their stock for free . I could tell the shopkeeper was not happy with the deal by the look on his face . Paying around $7 for three pairs of designer brand underwear is a fair price . When Mac said he would return to buy more items , the seller might not be happy unless he gets a fair price for his items . Sometimes it is possible to bargain for a cheaper price on some items when they are highly marked up but in other situations the selling price only has a very low markup and discounting the price can bring it under the buying price for the seller and businesses can't run at a loss if they want to survive and at the moment with CO-VID19 , many businesses are finding it tough .
