The fats in milk binds with the capcissin of the chillies. Thats why it works. The higher the fats (full cream milk) the better. And spiciness is not a taste. It is a form of pain.

Minum air suam or letak gula kat lidah (hisap gula (sugar bukan sweets) Iced water tak membantu langsung. Makin pedas ada lah. Hahah. Tapi kalau minum susu nanti rasa nak muntah.

I have something to cure the spiciness. Maybe it will works for some people only. Try hold your spit in your mouth and spit it. Do it 3-4 times until the spiciness gone. It works really well for me.

Idk why but sweets and chocolate help a lot after I eat something spicy. Sure, my mouth feels like 3x as painful afterwards but the pain also disappears quickly lah. I always keep tissues on hand in case I tear up though - also cold water to ease the burning a little AHAHAHAHAHAH.
