Well first timers always have a case foot pain/cramp. after a day or two... U can handle it. It build muscle from wearing heels. But I bet u when u go back wearing other shoes or take off those heels, u feel like ur flying or u feel short (that's what I feel though)... I'm a girl so I wear heels when I go to an important ceremony... Other than that vans😁😁😁{ you will die if you go shopping in heels haha}
