WHAT IS HOMESCHOOLING | HOW TO START HOMESCHOOLING

Homeschooling is an amazing option for kids but in India people are not much aware it or they don't have time to teach their kids. I am doing Homeschooling of my 2 daughters and they both are intelligent, smart, social and physically fit. We need to aware people in India about Homeschooling or Unschooling. Thanks 🙏

Agreed, the lack of awareness and resources make it difficult to start homeschooling in India. Hopefully it'll change in the coming future and more parents will choose to homeschool their kids.

I have 2 sons 10years eligible for 5th standard and 6 years eligible for 1st standard Due to my health issues and their school being in different time slots as well as the fact that I have to manage all alone Also because the time they r spending in school in the name of learning is not yielding anything for them+us I belong to mumbai Maharashtra india Can u guide me if I can do home schooling here?? What's the method of evaluation/exam??

Homeschooling or home education as better called.... is one of the best alternative option. Both my children are Homeschooled. My son already cleared his 10th and 12th through NIOS and my daughter is yet to face her 10th which she will face in about 2 years. Both have been homeschooled for more than 8 years. I would do it no other way anytime ever.

I also wish to go for home schooling for my daughter.....she takes a lot of interest in this...but in India this concept is not that popular....moreover I also want a social exposure for her as we r staying out of our home town... So could completely relate to what you said....however now my daughter is going to regular school as well we solve various worksheets ideas of urs.....these has been extremely helpful

I think home schooling is good because here we can focus on our child's personal skills more than academic skills. Like China and Japan are focusing on child's personal skills 👍

Because there will be no certificate in homeschooling.

Yes, most of the schools have screening test before admission where they ask children few questions. And you’ve to keep a progress report to keep record of things you practice during homeschooling.

Could you please also add in to your series how to teach aprt from school work to kids. as at the moment in early age kids dont have much to study or revise in that case how to find extra time to introduce them new topics apart from school syllabus that too with their extra curriculam sctivities daily? 10th ke certificate ki requirement hoti h kuch fields me, to kisi achhi academy se 10th ke exams dila dein jiska certificate har jagah acceptable ho. Khan Academy is one of the best option to do so. It's certificate is acceptable all over the world
