I can remember playing this one on my amiga 500. I'm pretty sure at times that the frame rate would buckle ever so slightly when scrolling up/down with lots of sprites moving around.

I remember how hard this game was. You really had to learn all the enemy encounters and if you fail start from scratch. I probably bit the desk multiple times back then. No save, no checkpoint. Joystick was always full of sweat 😀😀 Great game

X-OUT is one of the most brilliant games, Rainbow Arts have ever released for the Commodore 64 and Amiga 😺👍🕹️. The backgrounds are amazing 😺👍, the music tracks 🎵🎶 are awesome 😺👍, and the characters are brilliant 😺👍. Its sequel, Z-OUT is OK 👍.
