1:37 Can't help but pointing out how sassy and cool this intro sequence is. Incredibly catchy hip jazz music, shadows slowly moving and revealing the scene; Iori's first appearance in the series and him turning his back than facing us. Such a work of art, amazing.

I loved all the early KOF introductions. 94 through 1999. Once SNK was sold to Playmore you could tell the presentations were different. Although the 2000 and 2001 intros are one of my favorites.

'95 is the KOF game with the most beatiful backgrounds. The Fatal Fury Team and the Psycho Soldier Team ones are amongst the best that I have ever seen on any 2D fighting game.

I got this game because it was one of Sakurai’s recommendations in Terry’s Smash Bros presentation. I honestly wouldn’t have known about SNK and their amazing library of games if it wasn’t for Smash.

I remember playing the Gameboy version of this game. I have beaten Rugal, but never really mastered the moves of any of characters. I played the arcade version for a little while at a Little Caesars place too. I must say that this game is impressive. Good job letting Omega Rugal go out with in a blaze of defeat! :)

The producer of this game was Nishiyama who made the first Street Fighter game in 1987 then went onto make the first Fatal Fury game in 1991, same year Street Fighter II came out, then made Art of Fighting and eventually King of Fighters 94 and this.

Issu, foi lançado no Japan e Usa em 1995, mais no Brasil chegou em 1996, mais mi lembro que a melhor de todas as the king na minha opinião kof 97 chegou ao Brasil no mesmo ano em 1997, até não acreditei achava que era the king pirata do Paraguay quando vi a the king 97 no fliperama em 1997 kkkkkk

This is one of my all-time favourites my team was Heidern, Takuma and Iori/Eiji. Awesome combo with Takuma, j.C, c.C, Lightning Legs Knockout Kick, Zan Retsu Ken. If you started with a haoh sho koh ken, the cpu opponent would almost always jump, letting you get the LLKK in. Even had a magazine with all the moves.
