The original arm wrestling god. And a legend. Wrestled almost everyone from all of the decades the sport was on a growing phase till now. All clean no bs, no slips, straps, slippings, name calling, suppliments. Just a normal guy built for exactly this purpose, the GOAT of armwrestling. The scary thing is, in his late 50s he's still crazy strong and gave hard time to devon. Made him do the kings move.

The Legend 💪 he was unstoppable in his prime
@tornamore54214 жыл бұрын
Even more impressive was the fact that he was not only unstoppable for 30+ years, but the fact that he made everyone else across the board stoppable. It absolutely blew my mind the first time I ever saw his doc movie Pulling John. I REM being like wtf, this dude don't even look strong, he's way smaller then some these dudes, not only beating them repeatedly, but his whole game plan of catching them and holding them for ridiculously long amounts of time until they gas and then you could just see the tide change and these monsters faces turned into disbelief as they could do nothing but watch that hand slowly start inching back towards there own pad. John was and is even today(not comparing old john, new john, j.s. I'd bet money he'd crush my shut when he's 90, lol) strong exactly where it counts, wrist, forearm, hands, tendons, and the 2most important muscles in the sport of A.W. #1 Mind and #2 humbleness. Any man can take roids and blow TF up, but only the truly gifted can be physically, mentally, and last but not least, have the purest of hearts to drive the machine we call a body down the right path. In the end I guarantee his friends and loved ones know if he lost the ability to use his hands and arms(well.... John would prolly just start training to take over the world of Leg wrestling.😆) He would still be a good person heart an soul, and that my friend is the kind of people we need more of in this fkd up giant ball of mud. Beyond thankful to have been able to watch his journey thus far, and hopefully many more years to come! SALUTE!!!💪"where you going buddy😅"

The strength comes from the central nervous system, it is not correlated with the muscles.

Devon Larratt also doesnt look big or strong, not thaat muuch. And he beats a lot bigger guys. You often can't see the tiny muscles needed in armwrestling.. For cupping and all the work at the wrist... Also its a lot technical for sure
