It absolutely blew my mind the first time I ever saw his doc movie Pulling John. I REM being like wtf, this dude don't even look strong, he's way smaller then some these dudes, not only beating them repeatedly, but his whole game plan of catching them and holding them for ridiculously long amounts of time until they gas and then you could just see the tide change and these monsters faces turned into disbelief as they could do nothing but watch that hand slowly start inching back towards there own pad. I'd bet money he'd crush my shut when he's 90, lol) strong exactly where it counts, wrist, forearm, hands, tendons, and the 2most important muscles in the sport of A.W. #1 Mind and #2 humbleness.
