My question is about where you would place your copper peptide, is it okay as one more peptide serum layer? Sometimes I will mix products in my hand rather than applying in layers, I worry that doesn’t ensure as good of coverage, however. Thank you for excellent content.

In terms of dark spots and discolouration, I think the best ingredient is kojic acid, I have my own serum which contains it (the light chemical peel gel) or there is one by Dr Shereen Idriss which is also great.. Hi Rob, adding this to my routine will seem like a lot of serums for me to use. I already use Timeless Vitamin C, Timeless Q10 and Numbuzin 5 in the am, plus Numbuzin 5, Time Revolution and a retinoid in the pm. Should I keep as is or change it up with what you just talked about? I can’t see doing 6 serums in the am😂. I’m 58 and trying to improve hyperpigmentation, tighten skin and wrinkles. I will definitely give TO's GF a try. I plan to apply it before My IN.gredients collagen + multi-peptide serum (which includes Argeriline, Matrixyl, and copper peptides) and then TO's Matrixyl. Rob, have you tried My IN.gredients yet? It's a super-cheap line available at Shoppers Drug Mart (a big Boots-like chain here in Canada). The serum is $12 CAD, for instance. Of course, I wonder how effective it is since it's not widely hyped anywhere.

Would it be best to add in these 3 at the end of the routine at the serum stage?

Hello hun, they can honestly be added anywhere but I would include them in the place of your hyaluronic acid (these already contain hyaluronic acid so you dont need a serum alongside it unless you really want one) and that way it will layer perfectly.. Hope this helps.. love x

👍 I will try it but I am confused. I already use Argeriline, Niacinamide and Retinol in the evening. In the morning I use Mayasamas roibos serum before using my LED panel and then i use GGs vitamin C serum + a Q10 serum and a multi peptide serum. I don’t want any more steps so I don’t know how to change things and which serum to skip to be able to fit in the growth factor. If you think my routin is to much you should know that I am soon to turn 70 and I did not have a skincare routin before the age of 65 so my skin needs what ever help it can get.

I use G&G c-glow in the morning as step 1 2 G&G stress less 3 snoxin II on targest 4 argireline on targets 5 G&G power peptide all over 6 face cream 20% glykol I had so dry skin the I saw you tips and came to this routine aftet some fails. Can I put in the growth facto somewehre😂 My skin is the best is have ever been and im turning 48. PS I use some of this on the back of my hands and it helps there to❤

👍 I’m excited to try it but I’m curious- are the GF animal or plant based? I use the Stratia Interface and love it but the gf in it is plant based which I’ve read has not shown to be effective in research studies. It also has not been researched well.
