Bhai, fail hai Dilli ke aage.🙏 No dry aanwla No potli of chai patti No split whole green chilli No amchoor, no kala namak (don't tell me that the choley masala had everything 😀 No kasuri methi in choley No masala wala dry aalu You could add a little palak to give body to the choley. Too much excess of onions and tomatoes.. No paneer mixed with dhaniya/kasuri methi in bhathura No eno in dough Bathura as thin/white as a poori🙄 Sorry sir Mumbai can never come close to our Bathure-Choley. We Punjabis of Delhi are very sentimental about our Bathure-Choley....😀 🙏(Apologies but NO!)

Brother, Chole if given dark color looks and taste better. Here you are making yellow chole but if made Pindi type black chole by adding Amla and other tricks while boiling will be much better.
