INSANE! No one can eat that! The WORLDS BIGGEST BREAKFAST SANDWICH can be found in San Antonio Texas (everything is bigger in Texas) at the Alamo Biscuit Company. This giant breakfast challenges featured a 5lb southern style biscuit topped with Texas bbq (brisket, sausage) and many other ingredients like fried eggs, scrambled eggs, poached eggs, eggs Benedict, cheese sauce as well as many gravies like sausage gravy, sauces, salsas and Mexican cuisine influenced flair. We had 30 minutes in order to get the $80 biscuit for free and defeat this undefeated challenge. Can we beat this Texas bbq challenge mixed with a breakfast sandwich challenge?

My thoughts exactly as well! I don't see how he eats like he does and is not 300-400 lb...no offense, Joel! I know I can't eat like that or I would be as big as a house! You must exercise on a regular....lol

As with everything in life, balance is the key. He would have a very low caloric intake on days Joel isnt working/eating like an actual whale and he also exercises and works out a lot, as you can tell by physique. He would also eat very healthy and clean, nutrient rich foods on days off too. People think it just happens, but its a lot if hard work and dedication. He could easily gain 100lb eating that way, but obviously he has wnough restraint and self-control, something many, if not most people have no control over.

@@alexturner4096 Scones are much denser than American (particularly Southern) biscuits. Think unsweetened cake with a flaky buttery exterior, and and warm fluffy center. Which is why they match well with sweet (jam or jelly) and savory (eggs and sausage) ingredients.

Joel, try to drink a warm drink like tea or coffee for bread. I find that much better than a cold drink, it breaks up the bread much better. The drink don't have to be boiling hot, its ok to be luke warm. Try it....
