1:25 Hey Kev, I'm a mechanic and found this online; Typically, driveshafts contain universal joints at the ends. Over time, the grease inside the fittings can disappear, leaving the U Joints all nice and dry, but that isn’t a good thing. When the pieces are not able to turn and move freely, additional strain gets put on them. So much so that the universal joints can break while the vehicle is in motion. In turn, the driveshaft can become disconnected and hit the ground. The issue can be dangerous, as the car won’t be able to drive forward or backward. That would be bad at 100mph!! Also, why are you driving that rust bucket that fast? I can't judge I drive a honda accord with almost 300,000 miles on it well over 120 HAHA

1:29 I have dropped several driveshafts. The rear joint isn't bad. A loud noise, the engine revs and you begin to slow down. The shaft will slap around for a few revs and then the transmission (transfer case for Andy) will spit out the driveshaft and start leaking some fluid. If the front joint goes the shaft can get bent and really whack the bottom of Andy, but I have never lost a front joint.

If the drive-shaft comes off at high speeds it could cause a roll-over. If you use a "drive-shaft loop" even if the drive-shaft comes off it will keep it from rolling the vehicle.

I bought a Baja 5T when they were relatively new, and I am pretty sure that is overall the most fun RC car I have had, for now. All the stuff you could get too, the only thing is that it can be noisy and needs som space. And a bit pricey, especially if you are not careful with the ordering of parts..

It’s 25 to 1. Use synthetic 2 stroke oil. Ideally minimum 91 octane or ethanol free fuel.

"Gas" is a little different in Europe. I believe they have 97 octane that is "equivalent" to the US 91 octane. Before being a know it all try knowing MORE.

VP110 with dominator 2 stroke oil is the way to go and I run 50/1 why would anyone drown there two stroke with oil running 25/1? The manufacturing only puts that in the book because its stupid safe you are literally just drowning your motor with oil, gas makes power not oil.

If you break a U joint on the highway what can happen is the drive shaft flailing around can flip the vehicle sideways. Easy to do in a land rover considering how high it is. That's why race cars have a "cage" around the driveshaft in case that happens.
