What do you think of the islamic republic?
@jinusrafezadeh2494 Жыл бұрын
@@MightyWinz Governments are run by individuals and I am yet to see a flawless individual , hence I have never seen a flawless governing body or educational system . I support Islamic Republic of Iran and utterly reject those who oppose it with insidious agendas . The supreme leader is a pious , insightful and compassionate man . He is fully aware of the mischievous and corrupt hands involved in the government , however he is focusing on a strong foundation . To wrestle war and forty years of sanctions , malevolent foreign constraints , theatrics and ruthless political games of various opposition factions is constantly draining and would have fettered and deterred any other government . I believe Islamic Republic is a multifaceted diamond and in skillful hands is capable of shinning to the fullest . Long live Islamic Republic of Iran
@houseofsuren510 Жыл бұрын
@@MightyWinz The vast majority of Iranians hate the Islamic Republic! It is the number one enemy of the Iranian culture, history, language(s) and people. The Muslim rulers and hard core Muslims in general don't view themselves as spiritual descendants of the Iranian civilization, but rather that of 7th century Arabia. And hence the regular slogan in times of bloody protests "Our enemy is right here.... they lie that it's the US".

Welcome to my country Jay! I hope you have good time here. If you go to the Imam Reza's shrine, do not miss the sound of the Naqareh. About 20 minutes before sunset, the Naqareh is played in the shrine. Musicians stand and play in a special room. This room is located on the roof of the entrance to the Revolution courtyard(Enghelab courtyard). In order to see them and hear the sound well, be in the Revolution courtyard. This song has no lyrics. But in fact the sounds themselves are played based on the lyrics. Only musicians themselves know the sounds. They say that these sounds are composed of Arabic and Persian poets. This instrument is to express love and devotion to Imam Reza. I have not been in Mashhad for a long time. I miss the shrine. I miss the sound of Naqareh, drinking water , pigeons ,golden porch,mirror walls and everything there.

I visited Tehran for some years back. I slept at hotel Shahriiya before i made random friends and moved to their house ate and slept for free just like their own. Surprisingly, i became part of the family, still keeping in touch sending gifts when one of the daughters was married recently.

That guy in the restaurant was trying to tell you "ATTAR" and "KHAYYAM" (two great world class Persian poets and philosopher/astrologist living in 10th and 11th century) were born in that city, NEYSHABOOR. Edward FitzGerald was specially influenced immensely by KHAYYAM poems and philosophy.
