Recommendations; Post all specifications, voltages, windings, etc so that OpenSource Engineers can give better advise; Hutch had his best effect with a high voltage plate below the items, think capacitance, think field effect between a point and a plate; For the plate, consider Tin with a Titanium based dielectric with a high K value; Further, He used crossfield interferometry, causing the crossfield which is at a different hertz rate to create the standing wave in the plate to point field zone; You can see ultrasound videos holding a water bubble in space, with a sonic crossfield; Currently, you are generating vast amounts of polarizing particles which causes the hung weight to swing based upon receiving and emitting of those particles, which if your test was for a TT Brown effect, was a success;

How to create a controlled environment? Reverse isolation bubble…used for immune suppressed patients - boy in a bubble - electronic equipment outside the bubble, experiment particulars inside the bubble. The bubble provides capacity to increase water vapour via bubbler and cavitation into the experimental space. Also stuff can be applied to the walls of the bubble to promote field development… And I suggest some baseline medical assessments of persons involved pre and post experiment…somebody should be monitoring health and physiology of persons involved - safety first

Seem to be setting up on a flat plane. Suggest turning that into a globe - eg what is underneath (negative polarization), what is above (positive polarization)…placing various crystals above and below to facilitate a spherical circuit

Humidifier followed by a cavitation chamber to increase water vapour…this would require a sealed field for the experiment

I likeJohn H. but I suspect that he used what is called a Moscow Box to create the illusion of objects moving around against gravity. I think he may have actually achieved some unusual effect, just not in the cases where objects are seen moving around in a small box environment.
