Good Morning! Hope your days are going amazing.. I am doing slightly better and hope I continue to improve. With all your support its been so much easier. I love you guys so much for sending all your prayers and positive energy! I honestly will never be able to express how much you all mean to me. And I hope I can somehow return the favor and support each of you. I was so excited to finally hatch this worlds first out and I was not disappointed in the way she looks! The entire clutch was insane and makes me so stoked to continue the hatch season! Lots of eggs and babies on the way! Tomorrow we will see the first baby colubrids hatch for the season! Having a platform that allows you to share your struggles with others and letting them know that there is hope and help available is extremely important. I really enjoy listening to you about mental health I am 15 and I am struggling so much with anxiety and depression. Some days I feel so good and happy , and then other days I am terrible all I want to do is sleep because when I am asleep I don’t feel anything. But I have really good friends who are great listeners and help a lot. But it took a lot for me to even tell them I had depression. So I really appreciate your openness about mental health

I think it's a blessing for you to be openly honest about your anxiety. Sure it's a "darker" aspect but to embrace life, is to embrace both the light & dark. & Just as you acknowledged. It does lift up others. Every person on this earth may not permanently (medically) suffer from things like anxiety or depression but every person can certainly face a day or two of it & that's all it can take for someone to handicap or end their own life. I feel your pain. For me its 25 years and its exactly right, the less crappy days help me go on. Good motto and now my partner has leukeamia and guillain barre syndrome, paralyses you. He rocked the electric wheelchair. His motto is, 'It just is'.

I know how u guys feel. I have been on pain meds battling pain for years now and it’s hell. I have chronic health issues, stupid doctors are no help. I am actually coming off my pain meds atm Cos I hate how they make me feel. So I’m praying my pain doesn’t get too much to handle when I’m off them completely cos I really hate taking heavy pain meds.

Debra Morrissey I’m so sorry your partner has leukaemia, i hope he is okay. Get some colostrum powder (look into gcmaf) it’s life saving stuff especially for ppl with cancer and severe immune deficiency issues and it helps with pain only if the pain is from inflammation type pain. So it won’t work for injuries but it helps for cancer pain or viral pain etc.

@@NMW80 I wish you all the best, pain meds are problematic obviously. I have found lyrica to help but you probably know that but when pain is at its worst, you don't know what to do. But you have to go back to basics, self love and find those things that give you comfort. I listen to guided meditations but I am fortunate to have great doctors and surgeons who are doing their best to help me keep going. This has only happened in last few years sigh. There is no magic pill, we just have to take it one hour at a time, one day at time and reach out to loved ones and others who understand. I'm still having surgeries to this day to address head injuries. Blessings on your journey and thank you for reaching out.

Hi sweetie..i have depression too. And im bi polar with anxiety..i finally got help..im on lamotrogine. It is a game changer..it dosent totally fix it but..i can cope better..its a mood stabilizer..please go to a mental health proffessional and get help. I dont know you, but i still care about you. Atleast try what im on..takes about 2 to 3 months to see results..ok? Im not lecturing you. There is no shame in depression..it really sucks to feel NOTHING and void. And sad. I finally decided to try someone elses suggestion.. Its not totally gone..but it helps ALOT. Hugs sweet one. I hope things get better for you. Im here if you need a shoulder or an ear ok? And im sure alot of of here are too. Im older.. Been through alot of my life in 53 years..yours has just begun..hang in there.

I suffered from depression for years and it was crippling. I went to a therapist for years and I came out better than ever!! I needed to dive into what I was passionate about and give myself vacations from daily life. Brain, you need a vacation dude!! Give yourself time to unwind and just decompress. It works wonders!

Thanks for the video! I have been dealing with a lot of mental health issues the past few weeks and I really don't know why and I think that's the hardest part bc you dont know what to " work on" . But my animals always help me no matter what's going on. Will you guys have garters this year? Just curious bc you haven't mentioned them at all. I know they're supposed to be common but really they're actually somewhat difficult to find cbb. I think they're absolutely amazing little things. Have a great day!
