Good catch. That was a very interesting Southern flat car in the tag position on the last CSX train. No reporting marks that I could see. And it was a thrill to watch those auto-racks "rockin' and a-rolling" on the NS train, about minutes 11:00 and 12:00 in the video as they rounded the turn for the diamonds. Once again, you nailed it, Brian. I MUST HAVE THAT CAT!!
@RailRide3 жыл бұрын
When I saw that flatcar, the first thing I thought of was "shoving platform", owing to the handrails on the ends. While I don't know this for a fact, those type of cars tend to be pretty bare bones.

Hi Jaw Tooth, I came across your channel just after the New Year 22' and found your videos worth watching 🙂 I'm 59 yrs and been a fan of trains ie. Watching em like in your videos since birth lol ... I've had both HO & N scale layouts. At nearly 12 years old I've scratch built an HO Engine House, and hand laid tracks. I've always enjoyed going to Travel Town here in Los Angeles CA USA, if your ever in L.A. feel free in visiting Travel Town, or even You Tubing them. You have from what I see a good knowledge of the terminology used in Railroading. Well we're in February, I look forward to many more of your video's my fellow railroader. Keep up the good work and "Wait there's more, there always is" ☺ Sincerely, Rail Buff Jesse
