TBH, this whole product seems like a functional gimmick that probably has its own merit. The problem is the way you introduce it as having similar capabilities to a medical device (X-ray) compared to how it actually "works" comes off as a straight scam to those who know how those devices would actually work. When you actually put it up against the wall it only looks like an "X-ray" however its just showing an image of what it thinks is on the other side. For $175 Save yourself the headache and just use a good old stud finder and a quick YT video on how to use one, A MUCH better value. Does look cool though.

Correct but @6:40 this is shown with plumbing lines in the wall. The demo you're referring to was just to show how it works.
