I grew up with canker sores. My sister is pharmacist and recommended 50/50 with water and hydrogen peroxide. I either swish and spit or use a q-tip. It helps stop the sore from getting worse and it does help heal faster.

LAURA! Orajel makes a mouthwash for mouth sores and ulcers and it is amazing! It's in the mouthwash aisle and it is life changing. I needed it when I had retainers and stuff but I still buy it because it's amazing for when you burn the roof of your mouth or bite your cheek too! So the ysl primer is silicone based and the la prairie is water based. For the based results with primer and foundation they both need to be water based or both be silicone based. 👍👌💕

Try baking soda on the sore. It alters the ph level and lowers the chance of infection. Taste something awful but over helps and speeds the healing progress up

Laura I have Invisalign as well and when ever I have a tray that rubs or causes sore spots I use wax. They make some that’s in the toothpaste aisle where the floss is. Totally saved the inside of my mouth. I just mold a small piece of wax to the tray and bam eases the rubbing discomfort and helps the sore heal faster
