Worldschooling in Guatemala. What to do with the kids in Antigua for one day?

I'm a single mom homeschooling and worldschooling two kids age 6 and 8. We spent a week in Guatemala travelling through Central America. We visited Antigua, Lake Panajachel, Pacaya Volcano and Guatemala City. See things we learned about Guatemala and Central America history, people and foods.

Xetulul, Xocomil, Lake Atitlán, and Río Dulce in Izabal are nice places for kids who like playing with water. However, if you enjoy shopping, there are some nice, safe zones in Guatemala City as well.
