Imagine beings worlds nr. 1 how stressful it must be. if you loose a single game its a big deal. Yet other players in top 20 or so if they loose, well its just not their day today.

15:33 Visual confirmation of how Wang Chuqin serves over the table, which is illegal.
@DQ2121Күн бұрын
He mostly uses the over the table serve against non Chinese players and he uses the hidden hook serve against his teammates.
@quasarleon4645Күн бұрын
In all fairness , most of these serves from today's players are illegal . LOL

Not his fault..... its the fault of the judges. The players take any advantage they can get. Not that I heard you say its his fault.Just making it clear who is to blame for this.

Heck no. Way off the table. Look where he tosses the ball, it is very clear.

What are you talking about? He starts the toss from the edge of the table and it went backwards. How is it possible for it to be served over the table? His serves are often illegal because his head blocks the service, he doesn't serve over the table.

Cannot stand the constant talk by the commentator, a lot of it that adds nothing to the game we are seeing. Let us breathe please.

He is American. They like to hear themselves talk all the time.

@@mrcadoia I dont think like that, people are not a certain way because they are from this or that country, I know many Americans who are humble, quiet, do not take over conversations, etc. But in the case of this person, he talks non stop as if he needs to be the center of attention, the star of the event, what he must realize is that the stars are the players, and he needs to concentrate on adding valuable comments to the games, not those insipid on going metaphors, name calling, recalling that game before, etc.... it is so f.... annoying. I think at the end of the day he does not have much insights on the tactical and technical aspects of table tennis, he was never a high level player. Sometimes you have a commentator who was top 100 in the world or even better, they have a keen eye on various aspects of the game, they dont inundate you with comments, they just give a few here and there that are added value to the viewing. When Bobrow is the commentator, I put on mute.

Adam is one of the best. I don't have any issues with him talking. He has good knowledge of the game and history. It adds color to the match. Have you ever watched a football/soccer game where the commentators are just silent for long stretches. I understand it's a personal preference thing.

adam definitely benefits from a co-commentator to bounce off his color commentarty
