Interesting and informative. Excellent photography picture 📷 enabling the viewers to better understand what/whom the orator was describing. Class A research project!!! Special thanks to the veteran soldiers sharing their personal information/combat experiences making this documentary more authentic and possible. Fighting/perishing/surviving knowing certain death/debilitating wounds were often possible. Yet still advanced forward regardless of the consequences. That's true grit style determination to succeed. Doesn't seem like Hungary was much of a military force to be reckoned with??? Perhaps they were more at home. After the Russian armies conquered their country. &stayed there for 40 years??? I'll do some research on that.

If they don’t invade Russia then they definitely get obliterated by the allies. Rommel saw in Africa how well provisioned the US was w/ fuel, aircraft, and armored vehicles. Germany was always gonna be in desperate need of fuel and taking Ukraine was gonna be their lifeline. Except Hitler saw the shiny cities of Stalingrad and a Leningrad and had to have em against Generals advise. Refusing to seize the resources first before taking those cities largely cost em the war.

A REAL SOLDIER’S STORY. Felt like I was right there with him. Minus the bullets, explosions, death, dismemberment, smell of rotting flesh, shit, piss, gun powder. Let’s not forget giant rats, the cries of men suffering in pain, calling for they mommas. AND constant terror, kept in check by COURAGE and the full understanding that doing one’s duty was the ONLY way anyone would survive. I’ve never been a soldier, but my guess is that you would have to accept the notion that you we’re ALREADY DEAD, in order to keep sane. Other than all that, OH YEA. I WAS RIGHT THERE WITH HIM☹️😞☹️
