I wouldn't recommend them, there's probably a design flaw around the wiring. Managed to kill two Pi3 in 8 months. On the first one, the right speaker died after 3 months of use. On the second one, the left speaker died after 5 months of use. At first I thought it was the carrying bag that caused the wire to break but the second one I only used in Home-Office and still, the same thing happened without taking it anywhere. Maybe the Pi4 is different, but in this price segment....... well I cannot trust B&W anymore :(

Does it hurt your batteries if you REcharge BEFORE pI3 is drained? Does HELP if you wait to Recharge until completely discharged? Is it of no matter whatsoever? I don't want to ruin new Pi3s! Thanks!

Is it possible to replace the silicone earplugs with a foam one? If so, what should I watch out for?

Thanks for your question. Bowers & Wilkins does not offer foam replacements. Note that silicone assures a tighter fit and seal and is much easier to keep clean.

Not true for all ears, foam will shrink to fit in your ear then expand which will block out noise, some silicone is to small and won’t do the same

I have the PI4 but everybody i'm talking to complains about the bad sound quality. They either can't here me or really faint.....

I got the PI4 for Christmas, thanks santa claus. A real theater experience inside your ears without using hundreds of wats, giant sounds bars and ampli . Do you know the IP rating?

Thanks for your question. Bowers & Wilkins does not state whether these earbuds have an IPX rating or not. Typically, manufacturers only call it out if there is one.

I have a pair of PI3's and I can confirm that they do NOT auto pause the music when attached together via the magnets.

Also, PI3 have quite different drivers to PI4 - a hybrid armature/ dynamic dual driver design, with dual amps per channel.

@@buenahora001 both models have the typical, neutral B&W sound, I think the PI3 is the stand out in sound quality terms if you aren't chasing the ANC function. Performance is exceptional for the price.

Got a couple of PI4 the other day, sending them back. Pure sheit. No EQ, any music is mixed way too weak.

Fan of B&W, I bought the PI4 as they come on the market. I was amaze by the quality of it. I love quality sound with 14.2mm driver BUT...... WHY there is no EQ to adjust channel as my preferences are with more Bass. I wrote to B&W and they told me to adjust basic setting in my cell phone. What a crap answer. I finally return them at Amazon. I have now Jaybird Tarah Pro with good EQ, I don't like the fit in my ear compare to the PI4. Also the sound is far from PI4. Result: B&W PI4....... just add a good EQ then I will buy them again !!!!

I spent almost $100 bucks on some pi3s didn’t even last a month , they won’t turn on now they’re fully charged and light up while plugged in but they won’t turn on . Smh BOSE is way better

Guys, don't buy PI3 headphones! (PI4 - hopefully they are better, but I have no experience with them) RELIABILITY IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! They are great for gym (good volume level, bass, generally great music quality) and work (all apps like MS Teams, Skype, WhatsApp, FaceTime, etc.). You can connect two devices at the same time and they switch seamlessly between them (in my case iPhone X and MacBook Pro). All seems great, UNTIL THEY WORK!!! I got mine on May, 19th and I'm already on my 3rd set!!!. Sadly, yesterday THEY STOPPED WORKING AGAIN! - 1st set - bluetooth module failed - no connectivity (warranty exchange for new set) - 2nd set - left ear piece speaker died (was still working but the volume was maybe like 20%; warranty exchange for new set), - 3rd set (yesterday) - left ear piece speaker died (I did a factory reset today to only discover that the right ear piece start "shaking" as well; I asked for a refund). GREAT HEADPHONES BUT RELIABILITY IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
