IRS = Internal Revenue Service (in the US). He's referring to how churches are not taxed here in America. However, neither Worship Tutorials or Worship Artistry are churches, or non-profit organizations. Believe me - I pay taxes. So I'm not sure how the 'everything we do should be free' idea applies to us.
