Brian turned a tutorial into a preaching sermon! C’mon brother preach it! Repetition Repetition Repetition!!🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
@palmy33 жыл бұрын
This is absolutely true that repetition in Bible is very important and requires the utmost attention. i.e. when Jesus asked Peter 3 times “Simon, son of John, do you love me more than these?” ... Jesus ended with "Feed my sheep" 3 times. That's important for believers to love one another, feed and tend to each other needs. John 10:11, "I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep." Amen.

In addition to what you said, the repetition and simpler chord progressions etc. really helps when you're trying to get a whole church full of people to sing together and to be focusing on God. Much harder to do if you have a lot of complex chord changes and really involved lyrics without much repetition.

The thing is Brian,people have a tendency to criticize what they don't either know or understand.Thank God He made me aware. For me repeatativeness is a necessary thing in a worship song .l think it arouses some off-surface levels of the spirit which l believe is towards the goal of a worship song. What other strumming pattern would you apply on Bridge 1 of this song other than this?

Where do you have your microphone placed for this recording? Is it hanging slightly above and in front of your head? Are you using one microphone for the recording or do you have separate microphones, what microphone(s) are you using? and lastly are you using a field recorder (ff yes which one) or are you using a sound card and recording directly into your DAW (if yes which ones)? I ask this because I would like to record video and sound and I am new at this and I find your sound quality as well as video quality nice and it looks like you did this without a crew which during COVID lockdowns seems to be the way I will have to learn to set up for now as well. Thanks for any advice. I truly appreciate your lesson, this is the first guitar song I am skilled enough to actually play. So grateful for your finger arrangement, besides it hurting my fingers, it is so simple to change chords as it is only a couple finger changes. What a Blessing, hehe. Take care and have a blessed day!.
