And even if we ignore what he said. Pin of shame actually does nothing to anyone instead it just highlight someone insulting him. No one in the replies are writing anything bad. It just spam of pin of shame and some people arguing about what the guy said make sense or not. This is why many people write mean comments purposefully to get pinned. This is though felt bad that he bans people for such small things. Well i do have seen one or two clip where he was just joking about banning the guy. Initially it felt real later he revealed that he was joking. so if this is common in the stream then it could probably the reason why he didn't revealed that he wasn't serious or it could be that he actually bans people. I am not sure.
