Maggie's scan is definitely an aid for her tactical/ult tactical more to know where to shoot it if the run behind cover right after you hit them

Can confirm that it's very, _very_ easy to accidentally land the Motherlode so people can have escape routes through it. Once, I managed to flank _under_ it cause it landed on a building. Another time, it wasn't perfectly flat so I managed to jump _over_ it.

Hear me out. Swap Maggie’s passive with bangalores passive. It makes sense for Maggie to run faster when she’s shot and it fits her character and Bangalore with a scan when she does damage would make so much more sense

The isse is that Bangalore would be overpowered with that ability. We barely got out of the digital meta since they are no longer in the crafter.

When i played ash for the first time i used the snare and i thought the same thing, second game i used the snare as i am pushing so that they cant run and i get a quicky 2 piece. I would say its definitely an ability that you need to know how to use. The passive allows you to ping enemies so its helpful for finding squads, nothing like blood hound though

The idea behind Maggie and Fuse "scans" is really simple - to compensate for visual clutter their own abilities create. It's hard to shoot someone while being blinded by flames, you know.

The reason the ability doesn’t proc is likely the fact that when someone sees a wraith they don’t tend to aim on them until after their entire team is ready to shoot them. All you gotta do is follow along the ground near them til your ready

The idea behind fuse ultimate is to maybe use your grenades once the enemy is trapped within the fire , hence why they get scanned from inside of it

When I ran fuse I typically used it to isolate a downed enemy or trap a lifeline during the rez until we could close the gap... alsondecent at finishing opponents behind cover at range... a bit overkill but gets the advantage

As an Ash main, i can agree that her tactical can use a buff in being more useful. Plus her ult does need more distance to it as well. However her passive is actually better than the recon passive. Because when you scan the entire lobby, everybody on the map knows exactly where you are. Ash can literally take you to fights just by looking at her map and if a person does decide to ping a box then it will only alert that one team. Not the entire lobby itself.

I am one of few Ash mains. The two good things about ash are hre hitbox model, shes fairly short, and her Ult. Snare sucks balls even after the buff, and i literally forget to use her passive half the time.

Her passive is actually one of the main reasons I started playing her initially since it's so nice for pubs and she came out in the storm point season where finding enemies is just pain. But since the scan class it just feels pointless

As an ash main I can say all of these are true, the snare moves so slow that by the time it hits the location you threw it at the enemy will be gone.

Mad Maggie's Warlord passive is used so you can see where your opponent is going after you hit them with drill or obviously when you hit them with a weapon. It's more useful with the drill though as you can see if they run back to cover or if they do something totally opposite.

I agree but honestly the voices from the void can be useful sometimes. I still remember how i was runnig with my team and then suddenly "Sniper. MOVE!" I think it is useful sometimes and in that game it saved us and warned us about them.

Lifeline's drone is pretty awful currently due to it being inconsistent most of the time. Drone doesn't heal properly outside of ring even with a heatshield, takes 45 seconds to recharge, and sometimes it doesn't even heal you despite you just placing it normally.

Wraith does have a pretty useless passive, but I don't agree with it not activating it. It always activates for me and can be useful when a team is watching you from behind trying to go for an ambush, but other than that that it's only use

I love clips where wraith walking solitary inside a building suddenly hears “Enemy near by” and then she sniffs out the rat and kills them. Something so comical to me to think about someone hiding for 10 mins and then when they start to see the Wraith start spazzing out while looking around, they search deep in their memory banks for useless Wraith knowledge and realized they just fucked up xD

Can we talk about mirage's ult.? It keeps you cloaked for as long as you don't pull your weapon out then, even if you do put away your weapon before using it, it automatically pulls the weapon after a few seconds ending the cloak.

I’m not a wraith main but the few times I’ve played her I distinctly remember her passive making a difference haha. With snipers and traps in a chaotic situation where I might if ran into a trap at low health or stood still for too long somewhere I thought was safe

Fun Rampart fact of the day: you can use her tac to jump onto and jump out of the motherlode . As I main rampart I’ve been caught in fuses Ult hundreds of times and have taken a total of 0 damage from it because of how often I have walls ready

Valid points on the fuze ultimate but in all honesty it works fine for me its just another layer of shit for the enemy to keep track of when they need to jump through literal flaming hoops while dodging sniper fire knuckle clusters a salvo of grenades and what ever else my team feels like using that day i wish it was more direct fire so i could send it through windows but its still not terrible for area denial (no one is stupid enough to sit in the flames)

Voices from the void isn't the most useless ability that goes to mirage because most the time an invisible res isn't useful in a fight as the res sound gives you away and makes you vulnerable to a grande or just bullets

As a Fuse main I can’t defend his ultimate whatsoever, it’s just not that good with the amount of legends with a mobility tactical/ultimate. In most games I either never use it or I just throw it wherever either as a distraction or to MAYBE hit one or two legends. What’s worse is it hurts Fuse himself. Maybe if they made it so he was immune to his own motherlode, and increased the height of the ring of fire, it’d be a bit better.

Ash main here(Probably the only ash main) I tend to use her snare in 2 ways: 1 use it to deter people from coming through a doorway. 2 I pair it with a sentinel and throw it far away, weirdly enough i tend to hit most of my long range ash snares. Once they're trapped I just hit them with a sentinel.

Maggie’s scan passive isn’t rlly that bad you can see where they are when you shoot someone and they run maybe could use a buff just to make it last longer but still isn’t horribly bad
